    I recently purchased the Luxor 2 game and installed it on my PC. When I click on to play it loads and then immediately crashes. I have contacted Mumbo Jumbo support and they have given me some suggestions, but none have helped. Does anybody have any suggestions?

    I do have the same problem. The game has been purchased a couple of months ago and was working fine. I installed another program recently and it stopped working. I click and it opens a full screen window that turns grey then crashes.
    I even tried to remove the program I recently installed but still nothing...

    If anyone has any tips, I will gladly take them!

    There are a few rare instances where the game will not run on some computers. Please contact us for a replacement title.

     

    @DCossette

    Please try uninstalling the program you installed prior to the game working to see if this clears up your issue. You may need to uninstall and reinstall Luxor 2 as well, after removing the other application.

    I have recently loaded luxor 2 to my my Mac.the game runs well but when I quit it freezes my desktop ( not the mouse ) and i have to restart every time I play.
    Is there a resolution for this minor albeit frustrating glitch?
