    @Goddessdawn: which game are you referring to? I presume it is one downloaded from our site, mumbojumbo.com?

    I have the same problem. I even emailed mumbo jumbo and haven't gotten a response days later. I got the email with the registration link, but there was no registration code within the email, when it said "then please enter your full name and the following registration code to install the game!"

    i bought my game at a retail store, is that the problem???

    I signed up for the free game on Mumbo Jumbo and never received my registration code to open the game. It makes me nervous about ordering any other games from this site. I emailed them and haven't gotten a response after several days. I wouldn't be a very happy customer if I had actually purchased a game and this happened.

    A million apologies for the confusion. There is a bug in our system that is preventing the registration codes from going out with the welcome email. We are working on it as we speak and will post an update immediately upon resolution. Thank you for your patience!

    I too cannot register my game. I downloaded Equilibrium. I sent an e-mail but have yet to hear from anyone regarding this issue. I downloaded Equilibrium, but I cannot play without the code. Help!!

    I downloaded Power Chips and got an email back but it has no code and i emailed and got no response.

    i see this is an ongoing problem. how can i get this fixed?
