Just wondering if anyone has a solution to the "All Yellow?" puzzle in puzzle play. I just cannot get beyond that stage. You get one yellow, 2 orange and 1 black ball and I'm always left without one yellow ball. Can you help me? I mastered all the adventure modes already and just have the puzzle play to go through. Thank you!
I was asked to answer your puzzle question, so here goes.
All Yellow The board from left to right: Scarab 1 Black Ball 4 Light yellow balls 1 Dark Yellow/ Orange ball Bunches of Light Yellow balls .....
The first shot has to be with the Dark Yellow/Orange Ball, so right click to swap the light yellow with dark yellow/orange. 1. Place first shot so board is: Scarab 1 Black Ball 4 Light yellow balls 1 Dark Yellow/ Orange ball 1 Light Yellow ball 1 Dark Yellow/Orange (your shot puts it here) Bunches of Light Yellow balls .....
2. The second shot is to shoot the light yellow ball into the Bunches of Light Yellow balls (just to the right of your first shot)
3. The third shot is Black, so right click to swap Dark Yellow/Orange with Black The board should now be: Scarab 1 Black Ball (original) 1 Black Ball (your shot) all the rest....
4. The last shot is the Dark Yellow/Orange Ball. Shoot straight up at the two Dark Yellow/Orange Balls.
5. Everything now closes up, collect the coins and Jewels.
PS. The next level cant be explained LOL You have to play with the FIRE/Flame shot to only "explode" certain areas to have the balls roll together and complete the puzzle.
=== Edit: Add some screen shots. Playing on widescreen laptop. This is one solution, there are others. Moderator, feel free to move this post to the "Hints" section.
Thanks DonH! That worked! I would have never figured that out. I got past the fire/flame puzzle after many tries and gave up after for the rest of the puzzles. Just my opinion, but thought luxor 4 would have more to it, like more levels and playing time.
Okay, so I made it thru "You Scarabed Them!", "All in the Timing", "X Marks the Spot" [all fairly easy by the way], and NEED HELP with "Pairs Are Wild".
Shoot each colored ball to the the ball of the same color and then shoot a wild ball to clear that string.
For example, you should get a green ball first and then a wild. Shoot the green ball so it lands next the green in the red/green pair, so the string is green , green, red. Then shoot the wild ball between the green and red. Continue for each set of pairs.
I am trying to figure out how to get past the puzzle called "ALL YELLOW" it is the one were you have to shoot different color changing bombs to (I assume) make them all yellow ??? But I just can NOT figure this out and it is driving me CRAZY !!!!!
Right click to get the red color changer (NEVER change the black balls) Shoot at the center line, changing (almost all) balls to red shoot red ball at front center line right click to get the orange color changer shoot at the center line, changing (almost all) balls to orange shoot the orange ball at the middle (now front) center line right click to get the yellow color changer shoot at the last center line, changing (almost all) balls to yellow shoot yellow ball at the last center line (blacks will come together on left side) shoot black ball at two black balls at the left right click to get white color changer shoot at either line (I shot on the right side) changing all balls to white shoot remaining white balls, one at each remaining line. DONE!
Thx PinkyDot 4 ur message, after several days i just solved "no yellowing" (i REALLY dont know how i did ..) but now im stuck 'n lost with "all in the timing" puzzle ... u have the magic potion 4 this one ..? Thx a lot again, i trust in u ...
In this puzzle you are given 2 balls of the same color. The title is literal, it is all in the timing of your shots. Shot the first ball at the group of the same color on the left, then BEFORE the balls have enough time to roll back to the other chain but not to soon that you stop the magnetic draw too soon, shoot the group of the same color on the right. This should cause a continous cascade effect eliminating all the balls.
